You may return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Validation of purchase must be made by us in the form of an original receipt or gift receipt or through our database by way of order confirmation with customer name, order number, order date and order amount. Identification of customer may be required on all returns. All refunds will be credited or paid out in the original form of payment, however, a merchandise credit will be given for all gift receipt returns. If your original purchase was made by check, a check will be mailed within 30 days of return. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and a $2.00 restocking fee per item returned will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we monitor all returns and exchanges to identify possible misuse of our return/exchange policy. On very rare occasions and only due to an extremely high rate of returns by a single customer in a short amount of time, we might flag and account to protect our return/exchange policy for all our customers.



If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color within 30 days of your original purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size or color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective. Your new item(s) will be shipped out as soon as the return is received and processed by our system. Please follow the "Returns Instructions" below to send back your exchange.



Items listed and sold as "ALL FINAL SALES" with a price ending in $0.96 which indicates a final sales item, may not be returned or exchanged at all.



Fill out all proper information in the Merchandise Return/Exchange form included in your original shipment from Cali and York. Place return product(s) in a suitable shipping container, insert the Merchandise Return/Exchange form filled out along with the returned item(s) and original retail packaging. Include the original packing slip or invoice with this shipment for verification of purchase. Once content is securely sealed in its shipping container, cut and tape on top of the return package, the return label provided at the bottom of the Merchandise Return/Exchange form. We do not cover the cost of return postage.

It is recommended using a shipping service that provides a traceable tracking number for your records as we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive to our warehouse.



1. Complete the Merchandise Return/Exchange form provided in your original shipment by including the Quantity Per Style, Style Number, Description of Item, Return Code Number (Code numbers listed below) and fill in whether the item(s) is for Exchange or Return.

2. If Exchanging merchandise please list at bottom of the Merchandise Return/Exchange form the item you are exchanging for by including Style Number, Style Name, Fit, Size, and Color.

3. Once the form is filled out completely, please insert this Merchandise Return/Exchange form into the packaging with the returned item(s) and follow the Return or Exchange Procedure listed above to complete the return process.
